Free local pick-up
For customers in Riga, you are welcome to pick up your ordered items at our addreses: Drustu street 31, Riga or Brivibas street 99, Riga.
Please note to contact me in advance (Dita +371 26978125), so we can agree for convenient pickup date and time.
International shipping
For customers in Baltic States only (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania), you can choose to receive your order in Omniva parcel machine (please leave a note at Your order). Orders are prepared within 1-2 days and it will take 2-6 work days for shipping (note that in holiday seasons shipping time is unpredictable).
We can ship worldwide via Latvian Postal Service. Please contact us and we will provide shipping cost details.
You may have to pay local import duties upon receipt of your order outside EU.
Items shipped via Latvian Postal Service take a minimum of 1 week in the EU and a minimum of 2 weeks to the rest of the world.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped, with tracking information.

All items are packaged as a gift in a nice gift-box and shipped in extra packaging.
Refunds
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us by using contact form in this website. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package (postage paid by customer unless wrong item has been received, where we will refund the postage paid). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
